THE PROJECT:
In 2011 we will organise a two day conference in Moscow with guest from Europe and Russia to talk about the past, now and future of 'crossover productions' (dance, theater, music, video). In January and February 2012 two groups of European performance artist will work on two 'crossover productions' in cooperation with Russian contemporary dancers. The whole project will finish with an art-festival in Kostroma Russia (6 hours from Moscow) where these two productions will be the main focus, but besides these productions we will book several music and theater performances and organise a 'walking route' through Kostroma with a dozen of locations where we will show art from Europe and Russia (Poetry, art installations, video, contemporary arts, interactive arts, etcetera). The project is funded by the EU.
